adequate sizeunresponsive remotefluctuating temperature
the room was acceptably clean and of adequate size for my short stay.
I found several issues with the room assigned to me. The television remote was unresponsive and required new batteries. the shower temperature fluctuated wildly and was difficult to regulate safely. i also noted the absence of a hairdryer in the room. This was inconvenient.

The breakfast was lovely and included a very good selection of items. I appreciate the central location. It made accessing shops very easy. I also enjoyed use of the pool and other hotel facilities.

The reception area felt cute. The jacuzzi and pool were well-kept. Breakfast included good variety (I especially enjoyed the hot options). The staff was superb. They were always in a good mood and very helpful.

check in process was smooth and the staff were very helpful answering all my questions. the location was convenient, not on the main street, but close to shops. the room was spacious, offering ample storage for luggage, and i appreciated the cleanliness.
I found the room somewhat dated. It lacked a modern feel and could benefit from some updates to bring it in line with current styles.

the pool access was easy, with clear signage and well maintained changing rooms, so i used it a lot. the steam room offered a relaxing experience, with consistent temperature and adequate seating. i saw gym equipment for various workouts.

the reception staff were very friendly and quick to respond when i needed assistance. they provided clear directions and information about local attractions. they quickly helped when i was locked out of my room.

the hotel provided a map that highlighted key points of interest, near the distillery. many restaurants are near the hotel, it's a short walk to them. it was a fantastic location, accommodating to the riders.

The breakfast was good.
The room was not up to par. I found dog hair EVERYWHERE, despite this being a pet-friendly hotel. Clearly, the cleaning was inadequate. The bath plug hole was FULL of hair. This was quite disgusting.
